The prices above INCLUDE departure cleaning and linens. Rates subject to change.  Applicable SC taxes will be added.

All rates are weekly Saturday thru Saturday. Check in at 3:00 PM, Check out at 11:00 AM

Payments can be made through PayPal for a small transaction fee of 2. 5%

To make a reservation:

  1. Verify that the dates you want are available.  Please check the availability calendar and then call, email, or submit a  Reservation Inquiry.
  2. Sign and return the rental agreement to us by mail or fax (801.992.1476) within one (1) week of reservation.
  3. Send the reservation deposit ($200) to us by mail within one (1) week of reservation.
  4. If less than 6 weeks before arrival date, you'll need to send the entire balance due.

Winter Rentals:  Our Myrtle Beach Resort ocean view condo is available for monthly winter rentals from October through March.  For a fraction of what you would pay for an apartment, the rental rates include all utilities: water, basic cable TV, local telephone service, and electricity. 

Discounts: A $25 referral discount is available each time you refer a friend to our unit for a 1 week rental.

This oceanfront resort is located right on Myrtle Beach with pools , tennis courts and a lazy river. The Myrtle Beach resort is centrally-located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina near many attractions as well as shopping and golf. Senior discount rentals are available.
